1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Patshi website at patshi.in (the “Site”), operated by Patshi, Mumbai, Maharashtra. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What Patshi is
Patshi is a product-scoring platform currently in development. At this stage the Site offers a waitlist only: you can register interest as a shopper or a brand. Any description of scoring, testing, or features refers to planned functionality and may change. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee that a particular feature, score, or outcome will be provided.
3. No payments and no refunds
Joining the waitlist is free. We do not collect payments through the Site and do not sell any product or service here. Because there are no purchases, there are no refunds. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be governed by separate terms presented to you at that time.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information (for example, a real email address and, for brands, genuine brand details).
- Do not submit false, misleading, or someone else’s personal data without authority.
- Do not use the Site to spam, scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with its normal operation.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
We may remove submissions or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
5. Intellectual property
The Patshi name, logo, text, design, and other content on the Site are owned by Patshi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law. Brand names or trademarks that you submit remain the property of their respective owners; by submitting them you confirm you are permitted to do so.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, a brand’s website). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any planned feature will be released.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Patshi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, and the courts of Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
